I wanted a unique, eye-catching hat to compliment my wedding outfit and was delighted to find Fleur. She was friendly and helpful throughout, clearly explaining the process. The fact that I live 2 hours drive from Shrewsbury was not a problem at all because, after a comprehensive initial face-to-face consultation, Fleur sent photos of options. I did need to visit once more but this was only because my hat was very individual. There wasn’t a hat like mine at the wedding and it received lots and lots of compliments. One person even said how ‘lucky’ I was to have found a hat that matched my outfit so well! (There was no luck involved, apart from being lucky to have found Fleur in the first place!). The whole Oscar & Willow experience was a pleasure from beginning to end (about 6 weeks) and I now have a beautiful hat that holds special memories of a very happy day.
